Imaginary Theater Company proudly presents “The Boat” at Lyric Hall! Written by New Haven playwright, Starry Krueger, “The Boat” follows the story of two young girls, Marina and Ida, whose mother has disappeared at sea. Everyone, including Marina, believes their mother has drowned. But Ida believes her mother has become a mermaid. Through original music, poetry and whimsy “The Boat” tells a tale of grief, healing and resilience.

Performances will be held:

Friday July 19th at 7pm – The Opening Night performance on July 19th will be followed by a reception with hors d’oeuvres and a champagne toast.

Saturday July 20th at 7pm

Sunday July 21st at 2pm

Tickets are $12 in advance or $15 at the door
Doors: 6.30 on Friday and Saturday – 1.30 on Sunday
